The journey: 
A walk through .......

The water gathers on the mountain moor in pools amongst the grasses and heather. It runs quickly down the mountain stream towards the gravel bottomed pools filled with watercress. From here it moves slowly through the lowland of wooded dingles and onto the coastal fern forests, our very own rainforests before running into the estuary bounded by cliffs filled with thrift and sea asters clinging to the rocks. Here it enters the sea from where it is drawn back into the river cycle through evaporation and mountain rain.
